Air Fryer Sugar Cookies

These air fryer sugar cookies are drop-style sugar cookies. They’re thick and soft and delicious.

Beat together softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add in an egg, vanilla, and almond extract.

Stir in all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt until nearly combined.

Add in sprinkles and keep mixing until combined.

Scoop about 1.5 Tbsp per cookie. Dip the top of each cookie in more sprinkles.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper that has holes cut into it.

space the cookies around 1.5 inches apart.

Bake at 340F for around 8 minutes until lightly browned. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before removing.

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
