These air-fried peaches are the perfect recipe for anyone looking for a quick and easy dessert. Air frying fruit intensifies it’s sweetness and creates a caramelized exterior that tastes amazing.

The peaches

Fresh peaches are the way to go in this recipe, and either white or yellow peaches can be used. If you can find a freestone variety, that’s the best. Otherwise you will struggle to remove the stones.

Avoid overly soft or too hard peaches, as they may turn to mush or not soften enough in the air fryer.

Ingredients

You need a handful of ingredients for this recipe. Find the ingredient amounts listed in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post. Here is a rundown of what you will need.

  • Large ripe peaches. Halved and pitted
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salted butter. Softened
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Salt – Just a pinch to balance the sweetness.
  • Soft brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Method

Fresh peach halves.

Halve and pit the peaches. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with vegetable oil and place them in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 350°F/ 180°C for 6 minutes.

While the peaches are cooking, mix the butter, vanilla, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Spoon this into the middle of the peaches.

Air fry for 6-7 minutes until the peaches have softened and caramelized.

The total frying time will depend on your air fryer and the ripeness of the peaches.

Serve the peaches while hot, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Storing

Leftover peaches can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

They can be reheated in the air fryer.
